Bathroom Reveal: Aqua & Yellow Wonderland!
I am TERRIFIED of home improvement projects!!
It takes a lot for me to attempt a makeover of any kind!
When Cutting Edge Stencils contacted me to review their stencils, I thought THIS IS IT!
I decided to tackle the downstairs guest half-bath.
It had been painted a neutral olivish color by the previous owners,
but it was otherwise boring.
Since it's one of the main rooms my guests see, I wanted it to reflect who I am!
I made this fun sign at a Pinterest party and decided it would be my color inspiration!
Since I love to decorate with photos, I dressed my kids in yellow and aqua
and took them to my favorite hill by our house for a photoshoot!
My Zinnia stencil was so easy to use, and I love the color pop and personality!
These fun balls and vase are from Ikea and matched the bathroom perfectly
after a little help from my spray paint!
I hung my favorite shot in a great white wood frame from Home Goods!
$12.99, what a find for a big frame!
I love live plants in the house and these yellow flowers were perfect to freshen up the room!
These $1.99 aqua frames from Ikea were perfect!
We also framed the plain glass mirror with baseboard!
My bathroom feels more like a sanctuary now,
and I'm so excited to show it to everyone who visits our home!

Handmade Valentine Party!
I was a homeschool kid.
There were some great things about it.
School in pajamas, done by noon, college at 15.
But I always felt like I missed out on Valentine's Day.
All those kids coming home with 30 little drugstore Valentines stuffed in their backpacks.
Fast forward 30 years and I am doing a little therapy with a handmade Valentine party!!
First, invite some crafty friends!
Add a little Valentine decor!
Put up your favorite Valentine printable! ;)
And make Valentines for all your guests!
Ala Caramel Apples!
Fill your plate with all the yummy Valentine goodies your guests bring!
And party down with all your LOVEly friends!
I'm always amazed at the lovely Valentine gifts my crafty friends bring for everyone!
I received some lovely buntings!
I don't know if I should eat this yummy scrub or use it on my feet!
Aren't these little earrings adorable??

I love beef stroganoff, and I really love an easy recipe!
I love apricot, and I love the butter and coconut too in these Apricot Squares from Little Rays of Sunshine!
I love chicken cordon bleu, and the simplicity of it in a casserole from A Crafty Cook sounds awesome!!
I love pomegranates, and these crepes filled with cream from Will Cook For Smiles look melt-in-your-mouth delicious!!

Valentine Swap!
I had the fun opportunity to do a Valentine Swap through Rags to Stitches and Good Times Never Seem Sew Good!
I was matched up with this cute girl, Bethany Toney from Red Robe Designs!!
She sent me the best package full of fun stuff!
Notecards, nail files, a beautiful print in my favorite colors, personalized cards, and a Target gift card!
WOWZA!! I was blown away by all the fun goodies!
I sent Bethany a pack of 10 hand-sewn cards, that I had so much fun designing!
Hope she likes them!!

Candy Bar Wrappers: I Love You More Than Chocolate!!

So I came up with these cute candy bar wrappers!
Just print, wrap around a Hershey's bar, and voila!
Instant chocolate valentine!
This boy gave them to his teachers at church today, who were very happy!
