Father's Day Questionnaire!



We LOVE our Daddy.


Our Daddy is strong and brave, goofy and silly, frugal and fun, 
hard-working and fun-loving, and most of all totally loves his family!!

We have a tradition in our house for the kids to fill out a questionnaire 
about their Daddy every year for Father's Day. 
It's so fun to read their answers!

Print it out and have your kids fill it out!
You and your hubby will be giggling over their sweet answers!
