Toast of Tuesday!

I seriously love this quilt. I've been wanting to make one for a while and I love her tips!
You know I love all things rainbow and girly, so this dress is a hit!
I love how cute this towel is, and so easy!!

I wear a skirt almost any time I'm not in my pajamas. This fun pattern looks way comfy, (I've totally embraced elastic waists, they are my friend,) and what a fun fabric!
I'm totally craving this. Now. It looks so delish!!
I'm not a big holiday decorator, just a pop of celebration here and there, so this little accent piece is perfect, and cheap!!
I happen to be fond of this fabric, and I love her ideas for the elastic neck!!

Thanks for sharing all the great ideas ladies!!
Be sure to grab a button if you were toasted!

Go Mama Monday - Lucky Me!

Happy Birthday to me!! The big 35!!
One more for St. Paddy's before we switch to Easter mode!
I wanted to make a sign for my mantle. I originally thought I would get a block of wood from Home Depot. Time ran out and I just got everything at Michael's.
Make sure and check their clearance section. Look at all this glitter for 1.00!! What a steal.
A rainbow of fruity colors. On sale for 79 cents a bottle!
I painted the board a traditional kelly green and sprinkled it liberally with my dollar glitter while it was wet.
Then I painted each letter in succeeding colors of the rainbow. I didn't guess very well on how some of the colors would look on the wood and ended up mixing some to get the shades I wanted.
I wanted a clover to go in between my two words but couldn't find anything I liked. I hoped it would work without it, but the space was bothering me. I made a ribbon clover and put a gold coin in the middle that was left over from making this wreath.
And VOILA!!
The letters and ribbon clover are hot glued onto the sign.
I kinda really like how it turned out!! Not at all how I first envisioned it, but awesome just the same!!

Foodie Friday - Rainbowlicious

Since my other passion besides fabric stores is definitely FOOD,
I decided we needed a Foodie Friday!
The rainbow cake I featured on this week's Toast of Tuesday definitely inspired me, and I have found some more fun foods for St. Patrick's Day next week!
These are so fun!! Loving the whipped cream clouds!
My funky friend makes this fun jello that the whole family loves!
These pancakes are like a Crayola box for my tummy!
Love the color!
I'm a bread maker, and I can't wait to try this one!!
My son would have SOOO much fun making these with me!
These rainbow cupcakes are EVERYWHERE on the web,
but I think this is the prettiest tutorial!

Thanks to my bloggy friends for all the great ideas!
If you were featured, grab a button!
Have fun with your food!!
