Mmm...Mmm...Monday: Grilled Sourdough Pizza

Last week when I dropped my son off for soccer practice,
he told me he wanted pizza for dinner.
Feeling cheap, and not wanting to order out, and lazy, so not wanting to make the dough, I dreamed up this recipe!!

Grilled Sourdough Pizza

Ingredients:
Sliced Sourdough Bread
Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Sliced Tomatoes
Pepperoni Slices

Directions:
1. Butter one side of each sourdough slice of bread.
2. Place buttered side down on griddle and top with cheese, tomatoes, and pepperoni.
3. Cook on low heat until bread is toasty, cheese is melty, and pepperoni is warm and yummy!

If you know me, then you know I don't cook anything that takes longer to prepare than eat!
My whole family loved it, and asked for more!!
In fact we ate it again 2 nights later. :)
Enjoy!!
