Go Mama, Go Mama!!
So last week some ladies from church invited me to a sewing party.
SEW MUCH FUN.
I took some fabric that I had originally bought to make this little girl some bedding and made a skirt.
Well, because I am terrible at measuring, it was WAY too big.
So I added some shoulder straps and VOILA!!
And when she gets bigger, the straps can be removed and you have an instant skirt! Love it!!
Isn't she the cutest?!?
Can't wait to make more!!
P.S. Love the hairbows? Get them HERE.

And then after she gets too big for the skirt you need to add back the straps and hand the dress down to me, because that is so cute it must come to me for my future little girl.
Woohoo! Thanks for the shout out. It looks so darling - I love the scrappiness of it!
Super cute! I love it!!! And...it gave me an idea too! I bought a really cute skirt at the thrift store, but it doesn't have a size...just says 65cm, so I think I'll put some straps on it and make it a dress too! :)
This is so cute, you've done a great job.

Oh how sweet! I love your dress!
I love making dresses for my little girl! Do you have tutorial on this one? pattern?
You did a great job on that dress...and your little girl is ADORABLE!! Thanks for linking @Creative Itch's "Sew Cute Tuesday"!
BTW, I'll be featuring this on the 15th, so be sure to grab a 'featured' button!

Adorable! And way to adapt it to work!
Super cute!
Too cute! I stink at measurements - for my friends' wedding, I attempted a Queen-sized quilt. It ended up bigger than a King and I had enough squares to make my daughter a twin-sized quilt!
Thanks for the wonderful comment. I am now you new follower, hope you can come visit and follow me back.
LOVE the dress, I so going to try making for baby girl.
